Description
Front flyleaf of the accident report book for the Canadian Western Lumber Company Ltd. The flyleaf has the bookbinder's logo imprinted on it. The book was bound by The Clarke & Stuart Co., Limited, which was located on Seymour Street in Vancouver, BC. The logo includes an image of a beaver and some greenery. There is a folded yellow note paper that was kept in this section of the book. The note paper has the Canadian Western Lumber Company Limited letterhead and is titled, "Payments received during 1937 on previous years accidents."
