Description
Front endpaper or internal cover of the accident report book for the Canadian Western Lumber Company Ltd. The endpaper is green and gold and has a marble effect. Posted in the middle of the page is a small note with the bookbinder's information. The book was bound by The Clarke & Stuart Co., Limited, which was located on Seymour Street in Vancouver, BC. Written by hand in pencil is a note that states that this book is No. D4195.
