Burns Fry Ltd. was a Canadian equity and debt security firm founded in 1925 following the merger of Fry Mills Spence and Burns Bros & Denton. In 1994, the firm was merged with Nesbitt, Thompson and Company to create Nesbitt Burns Inc.
