Description
A Community Service Award presented by Minister of Human Resources William Vander Zalm to Herb Doman. The award consists of a paper certificate and includes the text of the award, an image of the coat of arms of British Columbia, and a gold seal sticker also featuring the same coat of arms. William Vander Zalm is a Canadian politician and entrepreneur belonging to the Social Credit Party. He was the 29th Mayor of Surrey from 1969 to 1975 and the 28th premier of British Columbia from 1986 to 1991.
