Description
An award presented by Cowichan United Way to Herb Doman in recognition of his "superior citizenship qualities" in looking after the less fortunate members of the community. The award consists of a rectangular plaque with the award text at the top and the Cowichan United Way logo at the bottom. The logo depicts a large right hand with its palm facing upwards.
