Audio interview with Sukh Cheema. Sukh Cheema is a Canadian citizen who came to Canada in 1969. He began working at Watkins Shake and Shingle Mill in Whonnock, B.C. He discusses his personal history, attending school in Canada, and his experience working in sawmills. Cheema also mentions his co-workers, the difference between union and non-unionized mills, and the types of work he did. He further discusses his leisure time, challenges, and hardships. Cheema concludes by mentioning the economy in the past and his family.
