Wide, panorama shot of one hundred and forty-one attendees from the 6th Annual Convention of the International Woodworkers of America (C.I.O) District Council No. 1. They are standing some three rows deep on the street in front of a building in Vancouver, B.C. Those in the front row closest to the center are seated. The men are dressed in suits and ties, with some wearing hats or overcoats, while the women wear overcoats and skirts, with some wearing hats. A number of the attendees have ribbons pinned to their lapels.
