Sixty-one lumber mill workers from the Night Shift at Industrial Timber Mills Ltd. pose for a photograph at the log deck of a Youbou, B.C. sawmill. They are arranged in three rows, with the first row being seated on a pile of lumber, the second row standing behind them, and the third row further behind standing on milling equipment and taller piles of lumber. On the lefthand side of the image, one man is partially obstructed by a beam, and only his legs are visible.
