Description
Beant Singh Sidhu's narrative discusses his first job in Canada, his move back to India, and his work once returning to Canada. Sidhu explains how his work was tough but paid better than other jobs. He also mentions the tensions that sometimes arose between the European White settler workers and South Asian workers. Lastly, he mentions how later in life he left sawmills for a career in farming.
