Poster for Anita Rau Badami's book, "Can You Hear the Nightbird Call?" public reading, discussion, book signing, and reception at the Centre for Indo-Canadian Studies, University House scheduled for March 31, 2008 at 7:00 pm. The book highlights a story of three women during the India-Pakistan Partition in 1947 and the demand for an independent Sikh state, Khalistan came into violent existence in the 1980s.
