Photocopy of a newspaper article about a visit from Afghan MP Malalai Joya to the city of Abbotsford. The article describes Joya's public talk that had taken place at the University College of the Fraser Valley. Joya, an advocate for democracy and critic of the Afghan government, spoke about how international governments needed to condemn the Northern Alliance government and should stop working with them. She spoke about the need for support for non-government organizations that were focused on rebuilding the country and supporting the people in grassroots ways.
