Description
The New Horizons Gala was organized on 29th May, 2004 with the goal of raising $3 million in community and support group to establish the Centre for Indo-Canadian Studies and Research at University College of the Fraser Valley. The 6-page document contains a message from the President, H. A. "Skip" Bassford highlighting the various goals that they aim to achieve through the Centre. Following pages contain details regarding the schedule of events of the Gala and the donation process.
