Description
Approval letter to Hardial Singh by the Inspector-in-Charge, J. Dorman from the Department of Citizenship and Immmigration, Canada, for admission of his wife, Rattan Kaur, to Canada and a letter in favour of his wife and two sons (Harjinder Singh and Harminder Singh), that has also been sent his wife in India. The letter further states that his third son, Mahinder Singh, being a natural born Canadian citizen, is thus not mentioned and his particulars have been sent to the High Commissioner for Canada in New Delhi .
