Description
Letter from A. L. Jolliffe to Dr. Pandia confirming receipt of the latter's letter dated December 16, 1948. He states he had written a letter to Dr. Pandia that said the case was being reviewed by the Minister. He also advises that special authority has been obtained and action is to be taken to adjust Karnail's status for permanent residence in Canada.
