Description
Letter from Mayo Singh to Dr. D. P. Pandia informing receipt of letter from H. S. Malik, High Commissioner for India in Canada, which confirms the Minister of Immigration's decision to allow Karnail to remain in Canada permanently. He thanks Dr. Pandia for his efforts in securing Karnail's residency.
