Description
Letter from C. E Blaney, Jr. to Mayo Singh forwarding Mr. Morseby's letter about handing Karnail's appeal along with a copy of the Brief that was forwarded to Ottawa. He also asks that Mayo forward a cheque for Mr. Morseby's fee, although this, he reiterates, is not the full fee to be paid should the appeal be successful.
