Letter of Appreciation from Indian office dated March 26th 1946, issued on the behalf of the Secretary of State for India and the government of India to appreciate Michael Norbury for his years of service at the time of emergency. It is also mentioned that as the emergency ends, Michael Norbury will be grated the honory rank of Major and a mention in the London Gazette.
