Group photo of the 1951 Lady of the Lake along with Gurdev Hari and her other 2 attendants in Lake Cowichan, B.C. They are posed standing in front of a parade float in the middle of town. Each young woman is wearing a white gown with a corsage pinned on the right shoulder, except for Hari, who wears her corsage pinned on the left. The pageant winner's regalia is divided up between the two "Ladies". Hari wears the crown and holds the scepter, while 1951's winner wears the "Lady of the Lake" sash. The parade float is decorated to resemble a boat.
