Group photo of 47 lumber mill workers at Industrial Timber Mills Ltd, Youbou, B.C. The workers are posed in three rows on a log deck[?] amidst piles of wooden planks of various sizes. Four boxcars sit on a railway to the left of the workers. Behind the boxcars, a lone worker stands posing atop a pile of wooden planks.
