Indar Singh Gill is inside his red 1954 Pontiac with his son, Nash Singh, standing outside. In 1954, Indar Singh ordered this car from General Motors, Oshawa, Ontario. His worker, Johnny Billin, picked up and drove the vehicle to British Columbia. It was rare to own a car in 1954. In the background there is a house.
