The picture was taken in Canada in 1934. Naranjan Singh sponsored Indar Singh to come to Canada in 1930. The men are dressed in formal suits and turbans. They are in a photography studio with Naranjan Singh and Indar Singh sitting on chairs. The background is a painted studio with flowers.
