Description
There are four men in front of the Mainliner, a name given to many aircrafts operated by United Airlines. A man, possibly Indar Singh Gill, is posing by the aircraft's stairs, wearing a dark-coloured suit. Two men are entering the aircraft while another man is walking away. The picture was taken in May 1947 at the old Vancouver Airport with its flight route to San Francisco, then India.
